Thank you for shopping with us! Below you'll find all the details about how we handle shipping for your orders.
🚚 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the UK. If you're outside the UK and interested in our products, please contact us—we may be able to arrange international shipping.
⏱️ Processing Time
We aim to process all orders for items in stock within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. In the even that the products you have ordered are out of stock, the dispatch team will be in touch to discuss your options so you can choose the best way forward. For items out of stock, the normal lead time is 10-12 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to process all orders for items in stock within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. In the even that the products you have ordered are out of stock, the dispatch team will be in touch to discuss your options so you can choose the best way forward. For items out of stock, the normal lead time is 10-12 business days. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During peak seasons, such as Christmas or other sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping and Couriers
- We use a range of trusted third-party couriers to deliver your orders.
- Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Responsibility for Delivery
- Your contract is with us, the seller, not the courier. We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or your designated safe place or neighbour.
- We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or courier strikes.
Procedure for Non-Delivery
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:
- Check the Tracking: Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the latest status of your delivery.
- Contact Us: If the tracking information is unclear or shows that the package is lost, contact our customer support team at hello@aapower.co.uk
- Investigation: We will initiate an investigation with the courier to locate the package. We will keep you informed throughout this process.
- Resolution: If the courier investigation determines that the package is lost, we will offer you a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund, as required by consumer law. Please note that we cannot suspend the refund until the courier investigation is concluded.
Procedure for Damaged Goods
- In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:
- Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged item(s).

Notify Us: Contact us immediately at hello@aapower.co.uk, providing your order number and attaching the photos of the damage. This must be done promptly so that we can action your claim.
- Resolution: As required by law, we are responsible for goods damaged in transit. We will offer you a replacement, repair, or a full refund depending on your preference and the nature of the damage. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs for damaged items.
Important Information
- Authority to Leave: If you provide instructions for your package to be left in a specific "safe place" (e.g., "leave on the porch"), responsibility for the package transfers to you upon delivery to that location. We are not liable for any loss or theft that occurs after this point.
- Correct Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery or loss of items due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery times and costs are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays. Exact delivery costs will be calculated at point of order and All About Power reserves the right to cancel any orders if delivery costs are not met.
🔋 Large or Heavy Items
For larger items like solar panels or battery systems, we use specialist couriers. Delivery may take slightly longer (3–5 business days), and you’ll be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.
